Glamping holidays for summer water activities<\/h2>\n

Just like the Boating festival of June, you will find beautiful water activities during your unusual stay at les Hauts d’Albas this summer 2016. Not only your modern yurt rental offers a 20m x 5m heated swimming pool from April to October, not forgetting the inner relaxation pool heated year round, but you will experience the delights of the neighboring Lot river. It is indeed fit for swimming throughout summer thanks to several arranged “beaches” on its banks in Albas, in Castelfranc, or Prayssac among others.<\/p>\n

The Lot river also allows to navigate on a “gabarrot<\/em>” for 5 or 6 persons where you are sole master on board. So introduce yourself and your family to the passage through the locks, a funnny and stressful experience at the same time that always leaves great memories. For the more sporty, a canoe rental among friends to run up the river in constant flow. will be a delight. Finally some leisure centers offer standing paddle, buoys and other water amusements.<\/p>\n

Do not forget also the opportunity to “visit” the Lot River on an electrical “gabarre<\/em>” from Puy L’Eveque including aperitif served on board, the advantage of the “gabarre”<\/em> : no gasoil smell, no noise, it is a treat! Or else the boat rides from Cahors or Bouzi\u00e8s to discover St Cirq La Popie from the river along the towpath carved into the cliffs 100m high!<\/p>\n

Finally another invitation to the river that can be organized with family is to go fishing either by boat or on the banks of the Lot river. Make sure you have your fishing license and let yourself be guided by the advice of the Fishing Federation that will mention all the places and all the fish of our beautiful river.<\/p>\n
